In 2020, Peoples Bank, an independently-owned bank based in Indianola, Iowa, announced they would be opening a new location in Knoxville, Iowa in the summer of 2021. Because Peoples Bank’s remains committed to providing the best customer service possible, they knew the announcement and roll out of the new branch needed to be done well, and the Bing Bang team got right to work! Our team put together a campaign that would create awareness, encourage engagement and ultimately lead to the opening of new personal and business accounts at the Knoxville branch. By writing key messaging that was still consistent with the Peoples Bank brand, but was geared toward community and partnership for the audience in Knoxville, creating strong video customer case studies and lender profiles for use in a digital marketing and lead generation tactics to gain more insightful information about prospective clients, Peoples Bank is poised to make a grand entrance once the new branch opens in August of 2021.
