Our guest today, Lyndsey Fennelly, is an impassioned student, teacher, and basketball skill trainer whose vision is to inspire people to be their BEST both on and off the court.

During her time as a student-athlete at Iowa State University, she earned All-American honors, led the NCAA in assists during the 2006-2007 season, was named as one of the top five point guards in the United States, and was selected by the Indiana Fever in the second round of the WNBA draft!

With a strong desire to advocate for mental health, Lindsay began sharing her personal experiences and stories as one of the nation’s premier speakers on this much needed topic.
