Bing Bang Breathes Air into Hitachi Case Study Video and Landing Page

Project Description

Client: Hitachi America, Ltd.

Campaign Name: Hitachi Air Compressors on the Dairy

Business Challenge: Hitachi America, Ltd. wanted to feature how their air compressor products form an integral part of the automated milking systems more and more dairy producers are installing. As farmers consider this large-scale purchase, every component of the system needs to be reliable and efficient as there’s no time for downtime on large dairy operations.

Campaign Goal: Show how the reliability and efficiency of Hitachi air compressors make them the best choice for dairy producers looking to install automated milking systems.


Throughout the summer of 2017, Bing Bang partnered with Lely North America to feature several dairy operations that had transitioned from conventional milking methods to the automated robot systems Lely manufactures. As part of that project, Lely worked with Hitachi America, Ltd. to show how seamlessly their air compressors work with Lely’s robots.

Hitachi approached Bing Bang with a request for help creating a series of digital content to support their initiatives in the dairy industry. The Bing Bang team got to work to understand the air compressor product so we could tell Hitachi’s product story in an impactful way.

The digital content produced includes video testimonials from dairy producers and Lely Center employees showcasing how dependable air compressors from Hitachi are, a case study available for download featuring Good-Vue Ayr dairy farm and their use of Hitachi products, as well as a design for landing page to display both the video content and the digital case study.

The Bing Bang video team was able to manage the needs of both the Lely product and Hitachi product teams in order to make sure great footage and interviews were captured for our clients without impeding the farm’s day-to-day operation.

The Results:

The content created by Hitachi will be used by their marketing team for outreach to dairy publications in North America, as well as live online to send interested users to their digital home to grow Hitachi’s lead list in the dairy industry.
